Doug Jansson

LEAD PASTOR

Doug has been the Lead Pastor of Living Word since 2014, and been on staff since 2001. He is passionate about preaching, vision casting and developing leaders. His goal is to help people center their lives around Jesus. Doug and his wife, Kelly, have three children: Cade, Bryn and Landan.

Joey leuci

YOUTH PASTOR

Joey is the Youth Pastor at THEGREENROOM which serves students in middle school and high school. He is a gifted communicator and leader, and loves to see kids fall in love with Jesus. Joey and his wife, Jessica, have twin girls: Mila and Sienna.

ANDREW MULLER

WORSHIP AND MEDIA PASTOR

Andrew is an anointed worship leader, graphic designer, videographer and speaker. Andrew leads worship at our Sunday services, as well as THEGREENROOM services. Andrew is married to Stephanie.

EXECUTIVE PASTOR

Pastor Pavone is the founding pastor of Living Word. After thirty-five years as the Lead Pastor, Pastor Pavone transitioned into his present position as the Executive Pastor. He is passionate about God, his family and teaching God's Word.

KELLY JANSSON

WOMEN'S MINISTRY AND COUNSELING DIRECTOR

Kelly is our Women’s Ministry and Counseling Director. She does an amazing job leading and preaching at our women’s ministry, Deeper. Kelly also counsels women and leads women's prayer meetings and events.

Joe Levanti

CONNECTIONS AND DISCIPLESHIP PASTOR

Joe leads our connections and discipleship teams. He has a heart for people to be connected deeply to our church family and grow in their personal relationship with Jesus. Joe also helps with setting up and tearing down our portable set up, as well as assisting with administrative needs.

Stephanie Muller

COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

Stephanie is our Communications Director and supports the staff in various areas of operations. She manages our social media presence and assists in special events, graphic design and website/app updates.

LETITIA DESCISCIO

GROCERY OUTREACH DIRECTOR/OFFICE

Letitia is our Grocery Outreach Director. She is responsible for stocking and maintaining our church’s food pantry. Letitia and her team go out into the community every week providing food, hope and love to those in need. Her heart is to serve others while showing the love of Jesus. Letitia also does tons around our office and for our Sunday gatherings. Letitia is married to Michael and together they have a daughter, Aly.

Richie Clinton

Production Director

Richie leads our Production Team on Sundays. He is also a youth leader for THEGREENROOM and helps with office work throughout the week. Richie is currently pursuing a degree in Ministry Leadership.

Cade Jansson

INTERN

Cade helps with THEGREENROOM youth group, our worship ministry and some office work throughout the week. Cade is currently pursuing a degree in Ministry through Liberty University's Online Program.

James Sparling

INTERN

James recently joined us as an intern! He is helping with our worship ministry as well as some office work. James has been a big part of our worship ministry since he was in middle school!
